REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE AND
IN-CLASS TRAINING

Training: Terms & Conditions

This agreement is effective upon registering for training with Sculpted Studios, LLC; your retainer payment is your registration, acknowledgment, and acceptance of all terms and conditions.

As a student, you will receive a certificate of attendance for training; however, Sculpted is not responsible for your local licensing requirements.

Students must be 18 years or older to enroll.

BOOKING RETAINER & TUITION:
We require a retainer to enroll in a class. Your retainer fee will be applied toward your balance. All retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE- NO EXCEPTIONS.  If your training includes online pre-class material, your balance must be paid in full prior to its release; you will be notified by email.  Once your tuition is paid in full and the pre-class is released, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE – NO EXCEPTIONS.

LENDER FINANCING:

If you have utilized our financing options, you have entered into a loan contract with a third-party lender/financial institution.  This is NON-REFUNDABLE and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ATTENDANCE AND TARDINESS:

Students must respect the daily class times to complete the course and obtain a certificate. There will be instances where the class will start earlier or run beyond the concluding time, and students will be required to attend or stay on until the instructor feels that all students have reached the level needed for that day. Students absent during these hours may be prevented from obtaining a certificate and performing on live models.

SATISFACTORY PROGRESS POLICY & EVALUATION:

Adequate progress by students must be sustained during the course instruction. Evaluation at each class stage will take place to monitor student progress. If a student cannot perform at a level that ensures the implementation of safe practice, a certificate of completion shall not be given regardless of completion of other stated requirements.

Preparedness to perform on a live model depends entirely on the instructor’s discretion and the student’s ability to demonstrate their ability to execute the technique safely and competently. If the student cannot sustain the requirements or present competency of work and skill, instruction reserves the right to refuse model work at that time.  Sculpted provides additional lab days, shadowing, and assisted model work opportunities for a fee.

ADDITIONAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

Cosmetic Tattooing is a skill, not just a technique.  Not everyone learns at the same pace. Sculpted recognizes this and provides students with continuing education opportunities; these opportunities include;

Lab Days: Theory and Latex work to advance skills and further comprehend theory and execution.

Shadow Opportunities: Watch your instructor’s private demonstration of your selected treatment with full access.

Additional Assisted Models: Some students aren’t ready for live model work during class, and others just want to do more would with help and guidance.  You can book up to 2 assisted models in a single day.

MANDATORY PRE-TRAINING ONLINE

If your course has a mandatory online portion, you will be provided payment completion details fourteen (14) days prior to your class start; if your full balance is not paid within twelve (12) days of your class start, you will forfeit your retainer and will need to reenroll in another class at a later time.
